I have a 25mbps connection (3MB/S), I dont know WHY but the speeds fluctuate from 1,50MB/s (megabytes, not megabits) to 2,60MB/s Other apps download fine at full speed but EA Desktop is like, no. And yes, i have closed apps that may be downloading. I also checked my wifi router, and saw no data usage from other devices. WebEver since late 2024, Archive.org has been throttling download speeds to around 75 - 450 kb/s when my internet is capable of 250 Mbps. Prior to August 2024, I had a much slower connection because Frontier DSL was the only thing we could get out here before Xfinity expanded to provide high speed internet to more people during the pandemic.
