WebChef Taneda grew up in the Miyazaki Prefecture in Japan, close to the ocean, and graduated from a local culinary vocational school and started his career in Tokyo in the midst of the Japanese economic miracle. His first two years of training contained many hardship. His main jobs were chores, such as dishwashing, or cleaning. WebChef Taneda is exceedingly polite and down to earth. He is easy to talk to and quick with a laugh. The staff are also great, making sure water/tea are always full while whisking away plates or bringing out the next sake for your pairing. I think Taneda offers the truest sake pairing I've ever had.
